Inauguration of Sao Do bridges, Vi Thuy district

Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan - Chairman of the Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations, Ms. Dinh Thi Nam Phuong – Nam Phuong Foundation at Inauguration of Sao Do bridge

Nam Phuong Foundation in collaboration with the Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations and the People's Committee of Vị Thuy district organized the inauguration of Sao Do bridge (O Bip bridge) in hamlet 7, Vi Thuy commune, Vi Thuy district. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan - Chairman of the Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations, Ms. Dinh Thi Nam Phuong – Nam Phuong Foundation and representatives of local leaders.
Sao Do bridge has has a length of 21.2m, a width of 2.5m with a load of 1 tons. The total construction cost is VND 903 million. Nam Phuong Foundation and F2 Sao Do group sponsored VND 624 million and the remaining amount covered by the provincial budget.
Sao Do Bridge (O Bip Bridge) was built a long time ago, so it has seriously degraded, the bridge deck is broken and severely damaged. When the new bridge is put into use, it will help people travel easily, as well as contribute to the local socio-economic development.
On this occasion, the sponsors also donated 20 gifts to disadvantaged students in Vi Tan commune, Vi Thanh city, and 50 gifts poor people in Vi Thuy commune, Vi Thuy district.
