In the morning of August 8th, 2018, Mr.Le Van Thao, Chairman Hau Giang province Union of Friendship Organizations and sponsor (Thanh Loc Project) attended the ceremony to grant 15 scholarships for poor students at Truong Dinh Primary School and Nguyen Viet Hong Secondary School in Hoa Tien Commune, Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang Province. Each scholarship is up to VND 4 milion.
These scholarships encouragingly supported poor students to help them make best performance in the school year 2018-2019
