One-hundred and ninety-two wheelchairs for the disabled

From 13-15 March 2018 Haugiang Red Cross Society in cooperation with the Hope Heaven International Ministries granted 192 wheelchairs for the disabled in the Haugiang province at Bong Sen hotel.

Giving wheelchairs is a kind meaningful act for the disabled lives.
