Launching ceremony of 03 classrooms at Tan Long 2 Primary School, Phung Hiep district

The Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations has just cooperated with the People's Committee of Phung Hiep district and the Saigonchildren organized the launching ceremony 03 classroom at Tan Long 2 Primary School, Tan Long commune, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan – Chairman of the Hau Giang Union of Friendship Organizations, and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuong – representative of Saigon children and local leaders.

The construction project includes 03 classrooms and a 200m2 schoolyard. The total construction cost is over VND 2,2 billion VND. Saigonchildren donated VND 1,4 billion, and the remaining is in the provincial budget.

The completed project will respond to the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students in the area, actively contributing to education development in Phung Hiep district, contributing to the socio – economic development of the local community.
