Vietnam-USA to Boost Delegation Exchange and Mutual Understandings Between Peoples

On January 15, in Hanoi, Vice President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) Nguyen Ngoc Hung received the Two-sided Project (2SP) delegation led by Margot C. Delogne. They agreed to coordinate in promoting delegation exchange and enhancing mutual understanding between the people of Vietnam and the United States.

Nguyen Ngoc Hung said that visits of US delegates and friends to Vietnam play an important role in promoting people-to-people diplomacy between the two countries. VUFO hopes that 2SP will continue to support the construction of housing for poor people in Vietnam, introduce partners to the Vietnam-USA Society and VUFO, increase the exchange of experts, students, businessmen, and American friends to visit and learn about Vietnam; and organize discussions and information sharing sessions.

Margot C. Delogne, founder and CEO of 2SP, thanked VUFO for accompanying the organization in its activities in Vietnam. 2SP hopes to continue to receive VUFO's coordination and support in its upcoming projects.
