Vietnamese Culture Promoted In Brechtfestival 2025 In Germany

On the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany, from February 28 to March 2, the Vietnam-Germany Association in the Swabian region and the Vietnamese community in Freising jointly organized an event to promote Vietnamese culture to international friends in Augsburg city, Germany.
The event showcased many beautiful performances, including the Conical Hat dance, Vietnamese lotus dance, and Ao Dai performance associated with famous tourist destinations in Vietnam.

One of the highlights of the performance was the image of Vietnam’s map appearing on stage, along with the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. This image not only shows national pride but also helps international friends understand more about Vietnamese culture and history.

Additionally, the bamboo dance competition created a vibrant atmosphere and allowed participants to directly experience traditional culture. The audience also had the opportunity to participate in the vibrant dances. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes in three categories: First, Second, and Third to recognize the spirit of cultural exchange.
On this occasion, the attendees also had the opportunity to explore Vietnamese cuisine through many traditional dishes. The harmonious combination of flavors and colors in each dish left a deep impression on international friends.
