VNSF granted scholarships for students in Vi Thuy district and Vi Thanh city

In the afternoon 7th October 2017, HauGiang Red Cross in cooperation with The Vietnam Scholarship Foundation (VNSF) held a meeting to grant 103 scholaships and 10 bikes for excellent poor students in Vi Thuy district and Vi Thanh city.
In this meeting, on behalf of Haugiang People's Committee, Mr. Le Van Thao, Chairman of Haugiang Union of Friendship Organizations (HAGUFO) granted Paper of Hounor to VNSF's Representative for contribution to the social affairs in the past five years in Hau Giang province.
