The inauguration ceremony of Khang Phat bridge in Phung Hiep district by Nam Phuong Foundation sponsor
On 14th, December 2019, Nam Phuong Foundation cooperates with Phung Hiep District People's Committee to hold the inauguration ceremony of Khang Phat bridge in Long Thanh Commune, Phung Hiep District. Attending were Mr. Le Van Thao - Chairman of Hau Giang province Union of Friendship Organizations, leaders of Phung Hiep District People's Committee and Ms. Dinh Thi Nam Phuong - Founder of Nam Phuong Foundation.
Khang Phat bridge has 27 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. The total budget is VNĐ 610 million with reciprocal capital is 29%. Khang Phat bridge is put into use to help safety for travel of people and waterway navigation for boats carrying goods from 40-50 tons.
At the meeting, Nam Phuong Foundation grants 20 scholarships for poor students and 50 gifts for poor people. The total budget is VND 50 billion.
