Saigonchildren sponsored 1.2 billion VND to build a classroom in Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province.
On October 6th, 2020, Saigonchildren combination with Phung Hiep District People's Committee held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Kim Dong Primary School at Hoa Long B, Kinh Cung town, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province. The attention was Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan - Chairman of Hau Giang Province Union of Friendship Organizations.
At Hoa Long B, Kim Đong Primary School was built with 01 classrooms, a toilet area, playground, and teaching equipment. With a total cost of over 1.2 billion VND, of which Saigonchildren sponsors 711 million VND and fund by the state budget. After Hoa Long B, Kim Đong Primary School put into use, it will meet the needs of students' classrooms, the new classrooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful, creating favorable conditions in teaching and learning of teachers and students and contribute to improving the quality of education.
On this occasion, Saigonchildren gave 300 gifts to poor students in Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province.
