On October 5th 2013, Hau Giang provincial leaders signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the ANZ Bank - sponsor and SCC organization for educational development projects in Long Mỹ district, Hau Giang province.
Representatives from provincial departments and agencies attended the announcement ceremony of educational development projects in Long My district, period 2014-2016 sponsored by the SCC (The Saigon Children's Charity) and the bank of ANZ. Total commitment is 650,000 USD.
